Which client portal to use ?
Customer should use the Blue Client Portal for VPS management.
All Clients should use the Green Client Portal for order/invoice/ticket/support management.

How long does it take to activate a VPS ?
Once you've confirmed your payment, you'll need to wait max 12 hours before your VPS becomes available. You may need to wait longer if the payment details provided for your order need to be manually validated, as part of our anti-fraud policy.
Which operating systems are compatible with your VPS system ?
This list will be updated in real time. Bare metal operating systems CentOS , Debian , Fedora and Ubuntu Server.
What are the differences between Blue and Green VPS ?
Our Blue control panel (Blue VPS Plans) is providing many features like viewing your console, reboot, restart, reinstall, download image, change your OS, firewall (super FreeBSD firewall features) and more. Blue VPS packages consist of our own system and have more features. Protection of ddos attacks and advanced network features.
Our Green VPS Plans is providing standart VPS features without advanced firewall capacities.
Is my VPS backed up ?
Skytophosting.com may be required to replicate your data as part of our internal operations, such as maintenance. However, this is not a guarantee against the loss of your data. You are responsible for creating your own backups. To do this, you can use the following backup options: Snapshot (Only Blue VPS Plans) or Automated backup (Only Blue VPS Plans).
